Clearly, everybody and their uncle (no pun intended, gifter of one of the books below, please note) know that I love most things food and beer. I got three awesome books this birthday.
My mum’s been asking me for Mallu recipes out of The Suriani Kitchen ever since. And I have been dutifully taking pictures of recipes on my phone and emailing them across to her. I’ve even tried a couple of recipes myself – a chicken curry and a fish-and-raw-mango curry. Both fairly easily and quite delicious. I’m itching to settle down completely and start saving enough to start setting my little bar up. There go my savings already! And then, bring on the party, bitchezz!
