Macadamia Nut-Raspberry-White Chocolate Cookies

(yield 3 dozen cookies)
1. 1/3 cup butter
2. 1/4 cup raspberry jam
3. 1 egg
4. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
5. 1/3 cup white sugar
6. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8. 1 teaspoon baking soda
9. 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
10. 2 cups white chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Cream the butter and the sugars. Beat the egg in. Add the vanilla extract and the raspberry jam. Mix well.
3. Mix together flour and baking soda. Gradually add flour mixture to batter. Stir in nuts and chips.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.

1. These are the soft, chewy kind of cookies. Much like my chocolate chip cookies.
2. They look sickly and green. Be forewarned.
3. They taste fucking insane, and obviously, I mean that in a good way.
