Dip Recipes: Honey-lemon creamy dip

1. 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
2. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
3. 1 tablespoon honey
4. Salt and pepper
5. 1 cup mayonnaise

1. Combine grated lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix well.
3. Add mayonnaise and stir until smooth.
(Dressing can be made up to 3 days in advance; cover and refrigerate.)

Goes well with: Iceberg lettuce.
