Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
1. Chicken
2. salt, to taste
3. lemon juice
For marinade I:
4. Tandoori masala
5. Chilli powder
6. turmeric powder
For marinade II:
7. Coriander/Cilantro
8. Mint leaves
9. Green chillies

Method:
1. Marinade I involves marinating the chicken in tandoori masala, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice for a few hours.
2. Marinade II involved grinding the cilantro, mint leaves, a couple of green chillies, some turmeric, salt and lemon juice for a few hours.
3. The chicken should be grilled on an outdoor barbecue grill (because I was lucky to have access to one!) or you could just be boring and use the oven as a grill and cook the chicken until well done.
